GPL Group manages a number of sports and recreational clubs throughout Malaysia. Being in a challenging service industry. We constantly improve ourselves to ensure that our customers’ satisfaction is guaranteed.


The GPL Group (formerly known as Golden Pacific Leisure) was established in 2005 with the vision of providing the ultimate gaming experience to customers. Our team behind this success comprises talented entrepreneurs with a long heritage of operational and consulting experience.

Position : Property Management Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing Company’s Operation & Maintenance activities for the entire site.
  • Consistently presents Company and its services in a positive a manner to the client.
  • To attend complains from tenants and ensure all that necessary action are taken in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To lead, supervise and monitor the respective parties ensure buildings are well upkeep and to minimize downtime.
  • To coordinate and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure the buildings and its equipment are in compliance with regulation and law of Malaysia.
  • To prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the Management.
  • Established to review and improve the environmental and operational performance of a building.
  • Focused primarily on minimizing the consumption of resources, such as electricity, gas (or other heating fuels) and water, and reducing the generation
    of waste in a building. The Building Manager can also consider other environmental issues such as sustainable procurement, biodiversity, travel and air quality.
  • Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds Maintenance that affect normal building operation.
  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 – 8 years working experience in property / building management industry.
  • Good communication (written and spoken) skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills in management of staff, looking after residents / tenants needs and in liaison with management council.
  • Management skills in handling office staff, contractors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of Strata Titles Act / Building and Common Property Act.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to the general clerical duties such as assisting in checking & tracking Team members' movement, assisting in audit vouching & processes,

  • Assist in auditing functions when needed.

Position : Senior Training Executive/Training Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the training team to plan, design & implement new training programs, to achieve the desired learning outcomes and organizational requirements.
  • Assist the Training Manager to prepare annual training budget and training plan / calendar.
  • Collaborate with business unit heads and HR to recommend / develop effective training programs geared to the business needs and to ensure continuous assessment
    of staff competency skills and gaps.
  • Conducting existing training programs for employees of the company, primarily in the area of Customer Service, Soft Skills, etc., with high level of excellence in
    facilitation skills and active engagement with the employees.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis to assess the skills and knowledge within the organization and determine the types of training needed to ensure the growth of the
    employees and retain the existing talents and pool of skilled staffs.
  • Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly checks to all facilities to monitor the quality of customer service provided and upkeep of the facilities.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and make recommendations to the management.
  • To assist in the development, review and implementation of operational policies, procedures and guidelines, and to ensure the staffs comply with them.
  • Promote and support the employee performance management system, review and retention matters.
  • General training administration and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in training & development, preferably from the service or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written & communication skills in English and Malay. Being able to converse in Chinese dialects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity and high level of competence with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • A self-starter and team player with effective inter-personal, communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive, creative, flexible, and high adaptability to changing priorities and demands, with a high level of integrity.
  • High sense of responsibility, resourceful, able to multitask and willing to learn.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

 

Position : Project Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To liaison with regulatory authorities and consultants to ensure all necessary regulatory permits and approvals.
  • To interact and liaise with Project Consultants and Contractors on development and construction related matters.
  • To attend site meetings and assist to revert on technical issues or findings.
  • To assist in all stages of project development, from conceptualization, schematic design, detailed design, documentation, construction to interior fit out.
  • To ensure that project development progresses smoothly, is completed within cost and time, and is of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least certificate / diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction / project management or engineering.
  • Candidate with a background in interior fit out or related fields are highly desired.
  • Candidates should be able to do free hand sketching with proper description and / or specifications.
  • Candidates must posses own transport.
  • Strong management skills and highly self-motivated.
  • English fluency is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is highly desired.
  • Fresh graduates who are highly motivated and seek challenges are encouraged to apply.

 

Position : Contract Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in pre-contract works, eg: Site measurements, cost analysis and estimation, BQ preparation and calling for tenders.
  • To assist in post-contract works, eg: Preparation of contract documents, keeping track of variance orders, preparing payments and finalization of accounts.
  • To attend site meetings and assist to revert on contractual issues or findings.
  • To assist in researching and compiling updated material costs.
  • To assist in sourcing for competent and reliable panel contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in interior fit out and / or construction industry.
  • Candidate with a backgroud in interior fit out or related fields are highly desired.
  • Candidates must possess own transport.
  • Strong management skills and highly self-motivated.
  • English fluency is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is highly desired.

Position : Accounts Executive/Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to handle full set of accounts with proper financial report.
  • Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports in a timely submission to Management.
  • Maintain efficient filing system for audit and statutory requirement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance or Accountancy or LCCI or any relevant certificate.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Must be computer literate and have knowledge to handle computerized accounting system and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Solaris Mont Kiara and possess own transportation.

 

Position : Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Review assigned of organizational and functional activities in the group.
  • Report audit findings and make recommendations.
  • Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Carrying out analytical reviews.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma / part ACCA or Degree.
  • Candidate with 1 year of working experience in audit is encourage to apply.
  • Must have hand-on experience and good skill on Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be meticulous, analytical, resourceful and independent.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
